When my Internet Explorer is loading I get this message:
"Internet Explorer cannot open the internet site. The connection with the server was reset".
Is this my problem or the web sites problem? If it is mine, how do I fix it?

sounds like your ISP is kicking you off....are you still connected to the web when this happens, or do you have to dial up again???? Jay~

What is your Homepage set to? Maybe it could be the site that is configured as the homepage?

I'd agree with TheLad initially, right click on the IE desktop item or go to Control Panel > Internet settings and change the home page to another html page or internet site, then start IE and see if the problem is still there.
