Internet Explorer version 6

I keep getting, extremely often, the message that Internet Explorer has encountered an error and must close, which it does and it closes everything. What could the problem be?
It also says it will report the error to Microsoft, but I never get any feed back. This is making my computer life miserable. I even reinstalled it, but the same happens.
Any help?

wait till they release their first patch. IE 6 works great at my office and horrible at my house. If you like my post let me know if I blow an answer...well it's probably late and I have had too many beers! Cheers!!

You haven't mentioned the OS you are running this version in. Have you tried running the repair option?

If you have continued problems with IE6, then perhaps it may be worth considering a step back to IE5.5 (SP2).
