When I double-click on an Internet Explorer Shortcut I get this error message "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in My Computer by clicking View and then clicking Folder Options." I am using windows 98, can some one let me know how to solve this problem? I appreciate the help.

I'd try deleting the icon from your desktop, then creating a new one by finding the file "iexplore.exe", which is probably located somewhere in your "Program Files" folder...make sure you pick the .exe with the "Internet Explorer" logo, i.e., the blue e. Hope this helps...

:)

You may also want to be sure that IE is indeed installed on your PC...
