I have installed Crystal Viewer 11-2 on 3 users computers and gave them access to a report that I built in our Information System. One of the users can run the report easily. The other two users get Internet Explorer Script Errors when they are prompted for the Date parameters. When the Viewer opens, the Calendar, Ok, and Cancel Icons do not show but a big red X is there instead. If you manually try to enter the date, you get a script error after every keystroke. If you click on yes or no to "Do you want to continue running scripts on this page" after every keystroke the report does not ever run either. It looks like it's going to run but never does.
Help!!! any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Did you ever resolve this issue, I have the same issue too. IF it is resolved, what were the steps to correct? Thanks

Hi,
Also check the version of the Viewer in the users IE setup..( Try in Tools,Manage Add-Ons) - sometimes older versions get used locally that conflict with the site-based one.
