Internet Explorer save picture as lag/freeze

When im in Internet Explorer i'll right click a picture i want to save and select save picture as.. whether i save it somewhere or cancel the save, the window will take about 7 seconds to leave, during this 7 seconds that the window is laging i can't do anything in IE, i have never had this problem before, and i feel it is probably related to my new Nvidia GeForce2 Ti 64mb agp card, and i had also recently tweaked the HLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters settings to increase the download speed of files and web pages, but i have since removed them and this lag is now pointing towards my video card, this problem still happens no matter what drivers i have installed, i've tried it with the regular drivers, the xp drivers, and the detonator drivers, does anyone know why this is happening and how i might fix it?

Dam im so good, i fixed my own problem, but in case anyone ever experiences this problem, i made a few changes in my bios settings, even though my card doesn't support open bios, all i changed was the startup sequence in the bios from PCI/AGP to AGP/PCI and kapow the save picture as doesn't lag anymore!
