Internet Explorer "New Windows"

New windows in internet explorer wont show! It just shows white and doesnt load at all. Whenver i either click "Open in new window" or a banner pop up, it wont work! Whats the problem?

it also opens with nothing in the address bar

You may want to mention a bit more specifically what version you have and what you have tried otherwise we will just end up suggesting the same things.

My first suggestion is to run the command below from the RUN line

regsvr32 urlmon.dll joegz
"Sometimes you just need to find out what it's not first to figure out what it is."

I think its version 6. I tried everything u guys suggested, but could u guys suggest anythng else, or the same, i may have missed some.

It is the same regsvr instruction but there are additional steps that may need to be performed if it did not work the first time.
