I have access to an insurance company web site (inquiry). I can get to the web site alright but when I put in my username and password and please enter the site comes up but I can't see it. I mean at the bottom of the screen it says done but there is nothing there to see.

Hi, have any popup blocker? If so, try to allow popups for this site or safer than that disable the popup blocker to test.
