Internet Explorer Password Question?

I manage a members only site and this question doesn't come from the admin end, but rather from the end user. While entering a username and password in a form and explorer asks you if you want it to remember it for you, if you don't, it doesn't give you the option again. I could clear the password list, but their are other users on this terminal. I need to be able to clear only that username.
