Internet Explorer Menu View ---> Encoding ---->none

I have A Pentium 4 Machine . OS Nt 4 SP6.
I have Internte Expl.5.5 on machine .
The Menu View--->Encoding---> None (only).
And no other item (like autoselect ,western etc...
I installed IE 5.5 many times the same problem.
Do i have to ghost the machine .

Any help is welcomed

I don't have it on mine either , but I choose not to during the install .
Type Encoding into your IE help file for more info .
