What level are you talking about? Can you show some code / a URL and explain a bit more, please?

In your <li>s you have embedded an <a> tag with a width of 160px. While other browsers will take the initial value of <li> (83.3px) and render <a> over it, IE will expand the <li> to make room for the <a>. If you remove the 160px width from stylesheet for links, everything should fall into place.

As a word of advice. Make your stylesheet a little more readable. You're not doing anyone (especially yourself) any favors by making it so cramped.
