Internet explorer home page changed

My internet explorer's default home page has been changed to another site (

http://www.tooncomics

or something) so I'm changing it manually in internet options everytime i go online. I've run Adware and my AVG virus program to remove anything but I think maybe a program or file has been added to my registry as everytime i reboot, the home page gets reset in internet explorer to this page. I tried to look in regedit but don't really know what i'm looking for and am wary of deleting stuff in there. Can anyone tell me the best way to remove this though it's more annoying than anything...thanks...

Hijack This! can handle the issue, as likely can Spybot 1.2 with current definitions.
