Internet explorer error 1

I cannot open internet explorer I get an error and it shuts down there were several virus' and spyware on the machine the application event viewer has this file at fault winb2s32.dll the exact message is below

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2800.1106, faulting module winb2s32.dll, version 2.6.0.0, fault address 0x00003396.
