Hello,
I work for an internet service provider and I have a customer that is having a problem, first I'll give you a little back ground information:
The customer has dsl and multiple computers all the computers are networked together and get the same error:
Error 400:
The url you've requested is not on the domain list of your caching server. if you have any questions please contact your system administrator.
they get this error no matter what address they put in.
I thought maybe their system was on a proxy server that was messing up or something. But I went into his internet options and down to lan settings and proxy server was not selected.
I've never heard of this error before, and don't really know what to do fix it.
Thanks in advance for any tips or fixes.
