i have a software company that has upgraded to IE 9 (as a "mandatory upgrade") they are not allowed to roll back to 8. since the upgrade, their one x portal doesnt show any of the fields i.e call log, contacts etc.

does anyone know a fix or a work around, obviously other than going back to IE8?

is avaya working on it? no one will get back to me at avaya, probably because it is their end of year and they are too busy for a silver partner like me.

I think you will need to wait for r8 for it to work.

They are working on it along with support for newer versions of other browsers such as Chrome. They will be part of IP Office 8.0 although it is possible (pronounced don't hold your breath) that it will make it into an R7 maintenance build.

If they do not want to go back to IE8 then they need to use a different browser.
Firefix is supported (version 3)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Haven't tried it but you could try this:

Code:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_MAXCONNECTIONSPER1_0SERVER]
"iexplore.exe"=dword:00000002

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_MAXCONNECTIONSPERSERVER]
"iexplore.exe"=dword:00000002

Edit them manually or copy/paste it in notepad and save it as .reg

I've had pretty good success with ie9 on win 7. Had to turn on compatibility view though.

I am fighting with IE9 since it came out, try to get downloads working on the support.avaya.com website, all other browsers open a window where you can type in the product but not IE9
or maybe I am just not stubborn enough to get it working and use Safari or Opera instead.
IE9 seems not very friendly to work with any popups and java apps.
