For a while now I have been having a problem with Internet Explorer, it started with V 6 and has continued to v7. Any tome I try to open IE I get the error "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" I view the error sognature and it says "AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 7.0.5730.11 ModName: uhvjsul.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00004f43"

I have run Sophos Virus software to see if there were any viruses (which there were not), I have ran ADaware and got rid of any dodgy software that was there, I have also ran Registry Mechanic, and of course I have uninstalled and Re-installed IE.

Firefox works fine, however there are some Java it does not cope with properly, plus I want to be able to preview websites I write in IE

I am using Windows XP Service Pack 2

Any advice would be greatly appreciated; if possible I want to avoid having to do a full re-build as have a lot of stuff I don't want to lose.

Thanks
