Have any of you experienced problems with Macola loading after upgrading to Internet Explorer 7.0?

One user has upgraded and now can only get into Macola after answering prompts to do so. It seems IE 7.0 is more invasive and is now seeing the executible PWE.exe and VBmac.exe as questionable programs.

I can answer yes and get into it, but I am afraid the records will not write correctly.

Thanks

Sounds like you also installed Defender. My IE 7 caused other problems on XP but not with macola as you have stated.

Macola has a document on this "Unknown Publisher" 14.826.990. I just spoke with them and we determined, for our site anyway, adding the server name under trusted sites is not the correct fix. I had to add the server name under Local Intranet.

Complete fix for us was:
Internet Explorer 7.0
Tools
Internet Options
Security Tab
Click Local Intranet button, click Sites
Click Advanced
Type in server name and Add
