Internet Explorer 6?

Hi there. When I open internet exporer first time after logging in it gives me the option to dial, if i then disconnect and later decide to connect again I have to go into ->file and untick ->work offline. How do i prevent this from happening? What I mean is every time I disconnect from IE6 AND THEN decide to reconnect the option for dialing should appear if it is not connected?????????

Have you tried in the dial up setting never dial a connection, then when you logon it wont dial up until you launch ie.
