I have Internet Explorer 6.028 running on XP home. Just recently started having problems with certain websites loading (hotmail.com). I messed around abit and found out that if I go to View, encoding, Unicode (UT8-8) the webpage reloads and works properly. Well I figure if I can get the encoding to be set always on (UTF-8) I shouldn't have a problem. Well every time I change it, it goes back to the default of Western European (ISO). I've tried to change it in my advanced options as well, it doesn't work. NOTHING WORKS!!! HELP ME, IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!
