We have an issue where one of our employees sent an email to several users on the Internet. In all cases excluding one company, the emails were received once. In teh case of that one company, they have successfully received it at least 8 times. The times are:

Sun 9:35pm
Sun 5:25 pm
Sun 1:15pm
Sun 9:04am
Sun 4:54 am
Sun 12:43am
Sat 8:33pm
Sat 3:23 pm

I'm guessing that this has to do with the server receiving the email, but I'm wondering if there is a definate way to prove/troubleshoot this. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

If it was sent multiple times to one or more Internet addresses by your system then there would be a log event for each. Those logs being the GWIA logs located in the wpgate/gwia directory in the 000.PRC folder. I have used these logs myself to prove/disprove/and troubleshoot problems.
Later!
