Internet/Email problem on w2k network

I have a site that has 4 servers all running Win 2000. 1 primary dc, 1 file server, 1 finance server that is also a dc and an internet server. We have a demand dial up connection using routing and remote access. We have both desktop running Win2k pro and terminal boxes both connecting to the file server and finance server using termainal services. Occasionaly internet and email will drop out on the desktops though not on the terminal boxes and and then later on that day it will drop out of the terminal boxes. Sometimes internet and email will work on the desktop though only email on the terminal boxes. There is no order to what drops out first it will change daily. Does any one have any sugestion that may help us sort this problem out. Can you please reply to ithelpdesk@wurli.org.au
