Internet email on Groupwise 5.5 1

Hi,
I am new to the world of Groupwise and have managed to install GW5.5 on a Netware 4.11 server with NDS.
I have created a domain called 'DOM', and a Groupwise internet agent called 'GWIA'. I have configured a DNS server to allow me to send and receive Internet mail.

Here's the problem....

When I send and internal EMAIL....fine

If I want to send an INTERNET email to
joe.bloggs@home.co.uk, I have to enter it as
"joe.bloggs@home.co.uk".GWIA.DOM (i even have to enter the quotes)


What a pain.....I would like to get rid of the quotes, the GWIA and the DOM .......please help!!!
