I have a system running 98SE and I am using MS exchange. I need to get all of my internet email into my exchange box but when I go to Tools, services, and add service to profile, Internet email is not an option. I used the help menu to find out what I should do and it says I need a disk to install an information service. I am not sure what disk they mean.

Use Outlook Express instead of that old MS Exchange client. OLExp is free with Internet Explorer. It has all the capabilities (and vulnerabilities) that you're looking for.
