Internet Connection

I had a client who was running Windows Vista. If he logged on under his administrator name, all worked fine. But if he tried to log on as user/guest, no internet connetion was available. What could cause this?

If I had a Windows Vista question, I would ask in a Windows Vista forum. This has nothing to do with TCP/IP

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
