When using Crystal Enterprise 9 a user runs a report to Adobe Acrobat format. She opens up the report and clicks on the email icon within Acrobat to try to send the link. She chooses Send Link and then, for some unknown reason, the Internet Connection Wizard pops up. This has never happened before and now it is starting to happen. Usually it would bring the user into Outlook with the link within the email.
Has anyone out there had this problem and knows how to resolve it? I have searched the Knowledgebase and cannot find the answer.
