Hi everyone,

I've got an interesting situation.

three PC's lined up side by side, no hub the middle PC has two network cards. All three PC's are running Windows XP Pro. The two cards on the middle PC are bridged. I want to setup Internet connection sharing (ICS).

Every time I try to setup ICS it removes the bridging and netowrk card settings such as IP Subnet and Default Agteway addresses. All three PC's are talking to each other without any problems it's just ICS can anyone help.

Thanks,

Techojunkie

I believe ICS is designed to work with one computer set up as "master". If you have 2 computers, one is designated master and the other is slave. For more than two computers, ICS wouldn't know which is "master". Get a cheap hub and this should solve your problems.
