Internet Connection Sharing

Hello there.
I have two machines.One is running win 2003 and is connected to the internet through an Access point.
The second machine runs on win2k pro.
They both connected together using a switch.
What I need is to share the first machine's connection so I can access the internet using the win2k machine.
Any help appreciated!
