Internet Connection sharing on a domain - NT2000 Advanced Server SP2

Im having trouble setting up Internet connection sharing on a NT Advanced Server 2000 domain using an external modem. Does anyone know the processes involved and the order. Server and workstation setup, as much detail as possible would be appreciated.
