Internet connection sharing - ICS

When I open up Network and Dial-up Connections in the control panel, right click on my Local Area Connection and go to Properties, I have a General tab but no Sharing tab.

I checked add windows components in add/remove programs but it's not listed. Any idea why I don't have this feature.

what are you trying to share - a dial-up connection, or something like a cable modem connected to machine by NIC?

(there won't be a sharing tab on local area connection unless you have 2 NICs - then you'll get one on both - you'll want to share the one connectedto your cable/dsl modem if that's what you've got).
