internet connection of OSX via ISA server?

Trying to setup internet access via ISA proxy server.
When you try authenticating through proxy you get login prompt ok, when details entered i get
Page cannot be displayed
HTTP  407 proxy authentication error
this happen only with a powerbook OSX 10.2.6
it seems that the mac machine do not log to the NS domain.
does some know how to solve this issue?

it doesn't log in correctly so you have to allow anonymous access and log via IP address...
