internet connection broken

I have got one citrix metaframe server on connected internet
a local clients and internet clients using this server.

Some (approximate each tree hour) connection is broken internet clients (this clients tied (linked) cable modem or dial-up modem to internet)

but however internet is running but citrix server link is not running.

Please help me.

Can you give some details regarding ur network set-up...??? Is the Citrix Server connected via a firewall or proxy server to the internet...??? What happens when the link is failing, any error messages...??? How are you recovering the connection...???
Does event viewer on the citrix server show any errors...???

Are the client connections on the citrix server experiencing any problems...???

"Citrix connection .....30,29,28 sn....."
with connect now button generally connect a citrix server
3. not a message is event viewer.

I think, (a system capacity is low.)
Citrix server is p IV 1400,512 ram, 36 gb raid HDD
Firewall is a sonicwall XPRS2
Router is cisco 1720
modem is a newbridge 64/128 modem
line is 64 K FRAME-RELAY internet connection.
