Hi, I've seen on some websites a box where you enter your phone number then click call me, and they will call you straight away. I would like to do this with my website, any ideas how?

Create a form, have someone monitor responses from it. When you get a response, call them.

This functionality is generally part of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) package or an ACD phone system. Check with companies like peoplesoft for direction. Of course, users submits phone number and phone reps phone starts to dial out (auto-dialer).
