Internet blues

Let me first explain my setup.
I have a win2k3 DC with Active directory. this has 2 Nic's one connected to the Internet and the other is connected to a wireless base station which broadcasts a radio signal to other computers with a wifi Nic.
I can access the internet on ALL pc's and laptop on the network but when I logon to the win2k3 server I cant access the internet on the Win2k3 server.
I have the following applications installed emule p2p - spybot - Pest patrol
My question is how can I restore my internet access. why can I access it on other pc's on my network and not on the pc which is directly connected to the internet.

HI Guys
further research has revelaved that my browser has been hijacked. I run spybot & Pest Patrol and BHO daemon but I still cant access the net from my server.
everytime I logon to it I find the browser attempting to connect to allwebseek.com.

Any idea's out there guys

Have you tried going into the RUN ONCE and RUN areas of the registry to see what applications are in there?
