internet bandwidth utilization measurement

hello,

my internet bandwidth is always saturated because some pc on my network use software like kazaa, i would like to know if a software could identify those pc wich uses all the bandwidth ? i use proxy server 2.0 with windows 2000 AD, windows 2000 Prof for desktop
