I have changed routers on our site and basicly had to change DNS servers @ ISP. After running the wizard most of my Exchange configuration changed and i could not send email.
Exch users have different email addresses and all my SMTP authentication settings stopped working.
I got 550 relay errors on all outgoing email.POP connector was working fine.

Why did you run the ICW after changing routers and DNS servers at your ISP? Did your external domain name change too? It sounds like all you needed to do was change your DNS forwarders.

What parts of Exchange did you change?

I didn't change anything on Exchange. We have a few email domains but all users email aliases and addreses changed from joe@emaildomain.com to jsoap@localdomain.local.
Sound like the recipient policy problem.
I need to authenticate on SMTP to our external email domain for email delivery and that also failed after running the wizard. I have however changed everything manually to the correct config but will think twice of running the wizard again.

Yeah, it sounds to me like you didn't need to change anything on your mail server at all. I typically just run the ICW for the initial server setup and then any additional changes, additions, etc. are made manually through system manager.

Glad to hear you got the issue resolved.
