Internet Addressing on GW 5.5

All our recently created users are having problems receiving emails from outside our domain.

The Internet Addressing Format should be sent to USERID(which is FirstInirial LastName).
However it seems like the emails are going out as LastName only.
Can someone help me figure out how to set it back to the way I need it ?
