Internet Access Too Slow

We have a T1 line at work.Till we had a firewall crash( we have a sonic wall PRO) everything was fine ,internet access was quite fast , but ever since the firewall crashed and we had to set up everything from scratch , it sometimes take 50-55 seconds for a page with no images (google.com) to open up . I called the T1 subscriber and they say everything is fine at their end. I am not sure if a firewall setting could be causing this,since nothing else has changed .
