International phone code on Solaris

Thanks all for the prompt answers you provided me.
Let me explain better what I have to implement:

I installed Siebel Aplication Server both in Windows that Unix environment.

In Windows (2000) it's possible have a different locale (Italian - English) from the phone code settings.
This thing is possible by changing the following key registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Control Panel->International, value:iCountry.

Is it possible to do the same in Unix Sun Environment??????
