International number and IVR

Sorry if this has been raised before, but I was unable to find a previous thread.

I have a customer in the UK who dials an international number which has IVR on the other end. Intermittently, when they press the respective option on their number pad, it is not being recognised at the far end. When I say intermittently, when I tested with them this morning, it worked, then 5 minutes later it did not.
They can dial other international numbers that have IVR with no issues, and on this specific number, if they dial it from a mobile it works everytime.

I have checked everything within the system, and unable to see if there are settings which I may have overlooked.

The BCM is running 3.7 with all available updates. There have been no changes to the system recently.

Do you guys think this may be a BCM issue or a network issue.

Any thoughts appreciated.
