International dialling 2

We have International barring for most users (depending on their CSS) but I need to allow International Freephone dialling for everyone (00800). I need help with the Route Pattern and how it will work with barring other International numbers. Any suggestions?

It depends on how you have configured the CCM- A simple way is to identify a number which everyone has access to/ allowed to dial make a note of the partition, create a new route pattern 9.00800 or what ever is your access code and assign this new route pattern to the noted partition. Everyone then have access to this without updating any CSS or a more rolled maybe to create a separate Partition called Allow ALL- this Partition can then be assigned to any future number which is allowed to be dialled by all users

1. Same as above but first create a new partition called Allowed ALL ?

2. Create a new route pattern and assigned this to the new partition

3. Add the partition to everyone's CSS - this will reset all phones
