international dialling problem

A international caller calls someone in the UK and misses the call, the UK caller notices he has a missed call goes in the call log on his 4620, goes to ring the international caller back but it does not dial the 00 so fails.

If this happens between a UK to UK caller it works fine.

The 0 and 00 are in system features and the 46xx settings file is correct as far as I can tell . . .

You can double check your TFTP settings in this doc - starting page 106:


If you're able I'd do some testing by doing a:
list trace station xxxx
Then have the user dial the phone number manually then have them use the call log and watch for at what point it fails. Then you'll know where to make the adjustment.
