Hello,
We just upgraded a MICS from 4.1 XC to 6.0 XC. They have a PRI. We also added a second T1 card to the system and it links another MICS in another building thru another T1. We can't dial international calls now beginning with 011...the display shows calling HG 26. The system has 4 digit extensions. What are missing. I got info off this thread also. Still a bit confused.Dmac,

Actually it was this thread that I got some info from.
thread799-748850.
Dmac,

what are the routes and destinations that you set up at both locations? it sounds like one of the routes strips off the first digit of a destination code.

jerry,
It is set up on the route 001 with a destination code of 9 any. When I check out the destination codes and look at 9 any and do a view it says 90 is not availible. That is what is dialed to get out on the PRI. Why would it say it is calling a hunt group? There are no hunt groups on the system. All other outbound calls work.
Dmac,

Check in System Programming->hunt groups->26 and see what the DN for that hunt group is. even though you may not be using them they have extensions assigned by default. you may have to re-number them. the hunt groups may be numbered 901 for hg 26 and 902 for hg 27 etc..

jerry,
Thanks, I haven't checked that yet. I'll check it when I get there today. The info in Thread799-748850 the Public Network I set international to prefix 011 and DN length to 18.
Dmac,

jerry,
Just wanted to let you know that I got it working. It was the Hunt Groups. Hunt Group 15 thru 30 started out with DN numbers 9000 thru 9015. Did a DN change and set the destination code just to 9 and absorb all and it tested good.
Thanks,
Dmac,
