I have a BCM 3.5. Site needs to be allowed to make calls internationally. I would like to ask how to set up the set or line restrictions to allow for calling to country outside of the USA. Advise is appreciated.

assuming u have a PRI - build a route to allow destination codes '011' for about 16 digits
