International Dialing Setup on AVAYA CM G3 Version V16

I have set up international dialing on my CM but when i dial the test number 01161396694916, the call fails what am i missing. thanks in advance for the help.

what's your public unknown table look like? You're going out a SIP trunk sending your 4 digit extension as CPN. What does your carrier require from you to authenticate your calls? Could be sending 10 digit BTN as "from" or "p-asserted identity" and you might need to do that from CM or you might already be doing it from your SBC.

Presuming Session Manager is involved, a trace from the next level up would be useful.
 
as Kyle stated, have you reached out to your line provider yet, and is your public unknown table be populated yet?
 
Looks like you're going out SIP. The issues can be numerous. I've had to strip 011 and put a + to make it E.164 to the carrier. Can also be a calling party number issue as noted with the reference to the public table. Some carriers won't route the call unless they can validate an originating number if valid for billing purposes (could be the From/Diversion/p-Asserted headers). Then of course assuming you have a Session Manager, is the 0, 01, or 011 prefix in the Dial Patterns. If you trace the call in Session Manager and/or the SBC what is the SIP Error and who is it coming from. This should provide the detail you need to fix or give to the carrier.
 
Ensure your SIP trunking carrier permits international dialing. 9 out of 10 SIP trunking providers allow you to make international calls, however the default is set to OFF on the carrier side. Usually as simple as logging into the portal they provide you and ensuring international dialing is set to "on" or "yes." Most of them are not forgiving on toll fraud - so be careful when you turn it on - if you have any issues they will say "you turned it on, you need to pay for it."

Just a heads-up - that may not be your problem.
