I have a situation where I often have clients complain of intermittent problems when placing international calls, call goes through, sometimes it doesn't, identifying the root of problem can be a pain in the behind. We have several carriers for LD, Sprint, AT&T, Verizon and no matter how often we change the route to a different carrier the problem will remain same, sometimes call will go through sometimes will not. Does anyone else have similar issues with International dialing and what are some of the troubleshooting tips that you could share with me?
