What would be the best Route Pattern to use the would cover all the internatinal Codes? I've read that 9.011! and 9.011!# are a good practive. The only issue here is if some dials a # and don't press # the call has to time out. What's the best way to lower the time out it takes to send the digits out? I'm running callmanager 4.0.2a.

I'm not using 9.@

I think you need to change the t302 timer to shorten the interdigit timeout. I use 9.011! normally - should work fine.

Be careful changing the T302 timer. This affects how much time you have between digits while dialing. If your users are like mine they start dialing, re-look at the number and then finish dialing. Too short of T302 timer will cause the CallManager to quit waiting and outpulse what ever they have dialed to that point.

I usually train my users to dial off hook, then hit the dial button or lift the handset. Either way, don't shorten the timer too much, but leaving a 3-4 sec time should be fine.

Thanks
