International Calls...?

Sorry if this is a repeat.

We are trying to dial internationally eg. 011-354-.... But when we try we get 'disconnected' we havent tryed to do this before and I have no support or documentation. Thanks.

If using PRI, make sure your feature for your [9]0N; shortcode is dial, and NOT dial3k1.

Good chance it is a provider issue. Many do not enable international calling.

Thanks, I forgot I blocked 0 with short code: [9]0N; - 0N - 0 - Busy. for them to dial out I just disabled that and it worked. I tried to create a shortcode for 011N to dial out and that didnt work. Anyways - thanks for the help.
