International Calls

How does one go about making international calls? I have an IVS2.

Also, Cmd 1201 is set at 11. The previous phone guy left behind a list of access codes, but I don't know how to go about using them.

??? How are you attempting to call? 9+? Do other LD calls work and only international fail? What sort of trunks are you dialing out on?

In the US, international calls are blocked by default. It may not be a phone system problem, as much as a telco issue.

gbaughma, we deal with international clients all of the time and haven't had this problem before to my knowledge.

If you are doing this from a Dterm and not seeing RST in the display, I would be checking with the carrier.

Are you usding authorization codes or charge codes? What exactly is happening? Is this blocked on only one phone, several phones or all phones?
