Make the MFRL higher than any other phone has other then the one you want to make the call. At my loctaion only a NCOS 7/ MFRL 7 can make an International call.
mfrl works IF your switch is setup for auth codes.. no one can answer that question without a little more detail.. what is the higest ncos your using now? are you using auth codes?
when you add an rlb (rli) for international, the frl of each entry will determine the ncos required to use that rlb.. translation drops back to nctl tables.. read the FAQ bars, it can help you get a better foothold on that.. i've never worked on two switches that were programed the same, so to do ld 90, 86, 87 changes, you need to print your config and decide what needs to be changed.. a mistake can open the switch to free ld or no ld or local with a single keystroke.. so if you make changes.
