I am new to TekTips, new to CS1000 admin, with a new company, who does not have a maintenance contract. Previous admin retired and no one knows much about how things were setup. ie. No one knows if this ever worked correctly but what I was told was that there was an issue with the carrier SIP and someone performed an INI and since then whenever someone tries to call internationally 9-011-xxxx, the calls go to the Attendant instead of routing out to the carrier.

*** Here is my call trace ... from what I found on here how to run an Enhanced Trace.
*** I removed some details I didn't think pertinent.
*** I dialed 9-011-613-966-94916 (Australia TOD test number)

*** Here is what I found in CS1000 Element Manager related to "011".
*** I know how to run LD commands, but I am not sure about what LD's to use, nor what related parameters for each entry, or what they are telling me. ie. I can dump whatever is needed, I just don't know what to pull.
*** I come from an Avaya Red CM/Definity background. I am simply trying to put together this puzzle, presuming it should make some logical sense on how to route an international call.

Anytime you are going to do a INI or Reset you should go to LD 43 and do a data dump (EDD). Have you tried to access the trunks directly with ACOD without going thru NARS/BARS in order to make sure the problem is in your system which it probably is. Also print the AC1 and AC2 in LD 90 as well as the SPN and make sure there is nothing programed for 90... that tells the system to do something else.
