international calls on Magix PRI in ARS 1

I have a Magix 3.0. I can't make international calls. Where would I put the "011" in the ARS tables. I am not completely knowledgeable about the route tables.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Go to lines/trunks, pri, outgoing table, special svc, del dig, entry 0, change 3 to 0 or if 0 already cha to 3. Hope that helps.
